EAST END COLLECTED returns to Southampton Arts Center for its ninth iteration, celebrating the extraordinary creative community of Long Island’s East End. Co-curated by artist Paton Miller and Southampton Arts Center Executive Director Christina Mossaides Strassfield, the exhibition brings together artists who live and work in Suffolk County, including artists whose work has not previously been featured in the series. With no prescribed theme, the exhibition highlights the breadth and diversity of the region’s artistic community across painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, ceramics, and more. Through a dynamic range of perspectives and practices, EAST END COLLECTED celebrates both individual artistic achievement and the enduring sense of community that makes the East End such an important cultural destination.
